CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 82-67 <br />BY: DEAN McKAY <br />? ?3 <br />? <br />I ell A ` <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A NEW AND REVISED CHAPTER <br />1701 ENTITLED "OHIO FIRE CODE" AND CHAPTER 1713 ENTITLED <br />"BLASTING". <br />WHEREAS, after much consideration, this Council has deemed <br />it advisable and necessary to adopt new and revised Sections of <br />the Codified Ordinance of the City of North Olmsted dealing with <br />the Fire Code and provisions for controlling the use of blasting <br />powdersin the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLNiSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That there <br />Chapter 1701 o the Codified <br />Olmsted, entitled "Ohio Fire <br />Codified Ordinances entitled <br />Sections are attached hereto <br />Exhibit "A". <br />is hereby adopted a new and revised <br />Ordinances of the City of North <br />Code", and Chapter 1713 of the <br />"Blasting", which new and revised <br />and made a part hereof and marked <br />SECTION 2: That Chapter 1701 and Chapter 1713, as previously <br />adopted are hereby repealed, together with any other ordinances <br />or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be <br />in force rom and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />FLORENCE CAMPBELL, CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />APPROVED: <br />bAYOR ROBERT W.
