WHEREAS, the Director af Transportation is cansidering impraving a poriion of the public highway vsrhich is described es fiollows: See Attachment "A" The City acknowledges that it has reviewed the damage incurred in connection with the construction of State Project No. 305-78 and 441-78 and ayrees that r-epairs as proposed, when completed, will relieve the State from further responsibility.
