CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 82-7 <br />BY: MRS. PETRIGAC <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED TO BID <br />FOR THE PURCHASE OF COE SCHOOL <br />LOCATED IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />AND DECLARING AN Er1ERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS: The North Olmsted Board of Education will publicly <br />auction Coe School located on Lorain Road at the intersection of <br />Columbia Road, and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to authorize the <br />Mayor to bid to purchase the school for use by the Ca.ty. <br />NOZN, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL 0F THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to <br />bid for t e purchase of Coe School, which bid amount shall not <br />exceed that which was agreed upon between the Mayor and this Council. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason that <br />it is immediately necessary due to the impending auction date of <br />January 23, 1982, and further provided it receives the affirmative <br />vote of two-thirds of a11 members elected to Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval <br />by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: / 7 42-11 <br />ATTEST: <br />4. b , <br />Florence E.
