WHEREAS, by virtue of Ordinance No. 82-51, Council established rates and fees for the use of the facilities of the Recreation Center and upon reconaideration, has determined that certain rates and fees shauld be adjuated aad feea determined for other departmental programs and a program of reduced resident rates be established; NOW, THEIti;FORE, BE IT ORDAINF.D AY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTGll COLTNTY OF CUYA110(:A AND S'1'A'I'(? OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That a resident identification card be eetablished for all reaidents of. tr. City of North Olmsted who wish to participate i:n programs of the North Ulmeted Parka and Recreation Department. A. Identification carda ohall be isaued by the Parks and Recreation Department to residente of North Olmsted. Such cards ehall include the name, addreas and phone nutieber of resident as well as a picture. B. Fee for proceseing of these carde shall be $2.50 per card. 1 $1.50 for each additional card per family 1 Replaetaent of a card ehall have a fee of $2.00. C. The Director of Park$ and Recreetfon ehall eatabliah timea that carda are available for purchase and an uppropriate registration form. Realdeacy taust be verified through a eurrent votere registration card, land tax ststement, or othar msans of verification as approved by the Recreation Director. Children shall be verified by their parenta. D. For all feea included in thie ordinance, a resident shall show his identification card to receive the appropriate resident rate at thQ time of payment. Non-card ho7.dera and non-card carriera shall be charged the non-resident fee in all caees. No refunds ehall be made for any fees paid prior to obtaining a resident card.
