CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2019 - 72 <br />BY: Mayor Kennedy <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2014-4 TO FURTHER <br />AMEND FEE RANGES, TO REORGANIZE THE FORMAT OF THE FEE <br />STRUCTURE AND TO RESTATE THE PROGRAM FEES FOR USE OF <br />PARK AND RECREA TION FACILITIES. <br />WHEREAS, by virtue of Ordinance No. 2006-94 (which repealed and replaced <br />Ordinance No. 2004-85) Council has established rates and fees for the use of the facilities and <br />programs of the Division of Parks and Recreation; and <br />WHEREAS, upon the request of the Recreation Commissioner and the Mayor, Council <br />amended and restructured the price ranges by virtue of Ordinance 2012-57; and <br />WHEREAS, upon the request of the Recreation Commissioner and the Mayor, Council <br />amended and restructured the price ranges based on the new fitness programs by virtue of <br />Ordinance 2014-4; and <br />WHEREAS, the Recreation Commissioner, by and through the Mayor, requests <br />establishment of amended price ranges and structure for programs at the Recreation Center; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council, to adopt amendments to the fees schedules <br />and ranges for such recreation services and facilities; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the price ranges and fee structures as established in Ordinance No. <br />2014-4, which presently reads in its entirety as set forth in Exhibit A, which is attached to this <br />Ordinance and incorporated by reference as if fully rewritten herein, shall be amended and, as <br />amended, shall read in its entirety as set forth in Exhibit B, which is likewise attached to this <br />Ordinance and likewise incorporated by reference as if fully rewritten herein. <br />SECTION 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the <br />earliest date provided for by law. <br />PASSED:-S'r-A'+�f�- 2l'lI <br />ACTT' EST: <br />CHARLES MASSA ROL0 H <br />Clerk of Council <br />First Reading: <br />Second Reading: <br />Third Reading: '7- 3-- K! <br />Committee: Rhcer, Rb 1,e- Puts G,, Id,: <br />NICOLE DAILEY J <br />President of Coucil <br />
