CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2023 - 71 <br />By: Mayor Jones <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A <br />CONTRACT WITH HOLLAND PAVING & SEALCOATING TO <br />PROVIDE SERVICES TO THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT <br />ATA COST OF $5,500.00. <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Public Service recommends that the City of North Olmsted <br />enter into a contract with Holland Paving & Sealcoating to provide services to the Wastewater <br />Treatment Plant at a cost of $5,500.00; and <br />WHEREAS, it is desire of this Council to authorize the Mayor to enter into a contract <br />with Holland Paving & Sealcoating to provide services to the Wastewater Treatment Plant at a <br />cost of $5,500.00. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Mayor be and she is hereby authorized to enter into a contract with <br />Holland Paving & Sealcoating to provide sealcoating services to the Wastewater Treatment Plant <br />at a cost of $5,500.00, as described by the Contract proposal attached as Exhibit A.
