MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />DECEMBER 17. 2024 <br />Council President Brossard: <br />The Council Meeting of December 17, 2024 will now please come to order at 7:34 p.m. The <br />audience is invited to join Council in reciting the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />All: <br />I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it <br />stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Will the clerk please call the roll? <br />Council Clerk: <br />Mr. Brossard: Present <br />Ms. Gilchrist: Here <br />Mr. Glassburn: Here <br />Ms. Hemann: Here <br />Mr. Limpert: Present <br />Mr. Madden: Here <br />Mr. Scarl: [absent] <br />Mr. Shymske: Here <br />Council President Brossard: <br />If there are no additions or corrections, the Council meeting minutes of December 3, 2024 are <br />approved as written. The following legislation is being considered for suspension of the rules <br />this evening. On second reading, Ordinances 2024-114 and 2024-120, and then on first reading, <br />we have Resolutions 2024-123, 124, 125, and then Ordinances 2024-127 and 129. <br />Moving into reports, Mayor Dailey Jones, do you have a report this evening? <br />REPORTS <br />Mayor Jones: <br />Mr. President, I do. Thank you, but if we could please take some time out of my report to swear <br />in some of our officers that are here this evening. <br />Council President Brossard: <br />Can't wait. <br />
