CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO.2025 -111 <br />By: Mayor Jones <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION <br />OF REPLACEMENT VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM SERVER FROM <br />TECHNOLOGY INSTALL PARTNERS LLC AT A COST OF $12,043.29, <br />AND FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL <br />DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO MAKE THIS PURCHASE, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the Division of Police has determined that the current camera server is <br />inadequate for its current purpose and is in need of replacement; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of the Mayor that the City enter into an Agreement <br />with Technology Install Partners, LLC to replace the current camera server with a rack mounted <br />server at a cost of $12,043.29. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Mayor be and she hereby is authorized to enter into an Agreement <br />with Technology Install Partners, LLC for the Police Department to purchase and install an <br />upgraded and replacement video surveillance, Rack Mounted Server, two -24 port POE Switches <br />and installation and configuration of the server switches. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare and for the <br />further reason that immediate authorization will allow the purchase and installation of the system <br />that was budgeted for 2025; and further provided that it receives the affirmative vote of two- <br />thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage <br />and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: J[r �p First Reading: %/—/y?�o2S' <br />Second Reading: <br />Third Reading: /a -(b - a� <br />ATTEST.- <br />EA TRICE TAYLO <br />Clerk of Council <br />Committee: <br />L S J.
