Section ~: That N. C, C~tabieh, Wm. L. David, and Theodore A. Cooper be and they nrc hereby appointed ~n co~io~ioner~ to represent the eaid City of Lakewood in such negotiations. Said commiemionar~ ~re hereby a~thorimed and r~que.'~ted to proceed, in the manner provided by law~ to arran~e with the comr~iasioner~ ~ reprementing the City of Cleveland the tera~ and conditions of a~nexn, tion ~nd to report the result of their action to this ~ounciI within one hundred twenty days from the date of the appointment of the Coranisato~ero o~ thc amid City of Clevclandm to which anr~exation la pro~oaed.
