ORDINANCE No. 3~99 by Mr. Hurd <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE to repeal Ordinance No. 3384 <br />entitled "an ordinance to regulate and fix the prices <br />and terms upon which The East Ohio Gas Co~.~pany, its <br />successors and assigns, shall be required to furnish <br />natural gas for and d~ring the period from the effective <br />date of this ordinance until ~ay l, 1938". <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the Clerk <br />and by him certified as sufficient, requesting that <br />ordinance No. 3~$4, regulating and fixing the rate at <br />v~ich the East Ohio Gas Company shall furnish gas to the <br />city city and its inhabitants, be repealed or submitted <br />to a vote of the electors. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL <br />of the 0ITY OF LAKEW00D, 0HIO. <br /> <br /> Section 1. That Ordinance No. 3~84 entitled <br />"an ordinance to regulate and fix the prices and ter~s <br />upon which The East Ohio Gas Company, its successors and <br />assigns, Shall be required to furnish natural gas for <br />and during the period from the effective date of this <br />ordinance until ~ay l, 19~8", adopted March 8th 19~, on <br />reconsideration, upon the filing of a referendum petition, <br />be and the same is hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
