That Section 6 oY Ordinance 130. 1052, <br /> adopted by the Council of the City of Lakewood, August 24, 1818, <br /> <br /> f entitled "An ordinance to provide for the licensing of plumbers <br /> and aewpr tappers in the City of Lakewood, Ohio, and repealing <br /> Ordinance No. 685, adopted June 20, 1910" and reading "Section <br /> 6 - - all liaenaes issued under and by virtue of the terms of <br /> _ this ordinance shall terminate on the 15th day of September <br /> thereafter and each person applying for and recsivin~ a <br /> license shall pay a fee of Viva Dollars ($5.00) therefor. Upon <br /> <br /> { expiration of any licence, provided same is in full force and <br /> effect at the time the same asy be renewed for a period of one <br /> `year upon the pc~*ment of a fee of Nifty Cents (50fL)'~ be attended <br /> to read "Section 6 - - all licenses issued under and by virtue <br /> of the terms of this ordinance shall terminate on the 31st day <br /> of December of each year and each person applying for and <br /> reeeivin~ a license shall pay a fee of b'ive Dollars (u5.00) <br /> therefor.
