RESOZUTION N0. 36-A. ? Besolution.declaring it'necessary to construct . Local Sanitary Sevrers in the following streets in the Village of ItTayfield. S.O.M. Center Road on the East Side only from Bonr?yview Road to Wilson Mills Road; 4lilson Mills Road on the south side only, fram S.O.M. . Center Road to Beech Hills Road; Seneca Road arid Glenview Road for tlleir entire lengths. BE IT RESOLVID by the Council of th e Village of Mayfield, Cuyahoga County, State of Ohio, three-fourths or more of all the members elected thereto concurring. Section 1. That it is hereby declared necessary and conducive t o the public health, convenience and welfare to improve S.O.M. Center Road, on the ee.st side only, from Bonr}yvievr Road to Wilson Mills Road, Wilson lt4ills Road on the south side only, from S.O.M. Center Road to Beech Hills Road, Seneca Road and Glenview Road for their entire lengths, by constructing loc- al service sanitary sewers tlierein, with the necessary house service w nnec- ti ons . , That said local service sanitary sedvers, with the neeessary house service connection, shall be constructed in accordance cvitYi the plans and specifications on file in the office of the Clerk of the Vill- age wnicl, said plans, estimates and specifications be, and the same are here- ? by approved, and said sewer shall be of vitrified pipe. Section 2. That the whole cost of said improvement as des- cribed in Sectiori 1 hereinabove, less one-fiftieth (1/50) thereof and the ' cost of intersections shall be assessed in proportion to the benefits vJhich may result from said iniprovement upon the following described lots and lands, to wito A11 the lots and lands bounding and abutting upon said streets and between the termini thereof as described hereinabove, which lots and lands are hereby . determined to be specially benefited by said improve- ment. The cost of said improvement sha11 include the expense of preliminary and other surveys, the printing and publishing of notices, resolutions and osdinance required, the serving of said notices, and cost of construction, together with interest on bonds issU.ed in anti- cipation of the collection of deferred assessments or on not.es in antici- pation of the levy of said assessments and of the issuance of said bonds; and all other necessary expenditures. . S.ection 3. That the assessments Bo to be levied, shall be paid in not more than twenty annual installments, with?interes,t on deferr- ed payments at the same rate as shall be borne by the bonds to be issued' in anticipation of the levy or colle.ction thereof; provided that the ov,mer of arW property assessed may, at his option pay such assessment in c (? cash within thirty.(30) days af'ter the passage of the ordinance for assess- ?l ing. Section 4. That bonds of the Village of Ma,yfield shal];., be issued in anticipation of the levy or collectioli of,assessments by in- stallments and in amount equal thereto.
