Resolution Noo 299 By Mro Beard <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CENTRA.L NATIONA.L BANIL OF <br />CLEVELAND.AND.THC NATIONAL CITY_ 3ANK.OF CLEVETAND <br />AS LEGAL_DEP06ITORIES_FOR THE,VILTAGE C1F MAYFIELD <br />BE ZT RESOI,VED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF 1,11FIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, <br />OHIO, THAT: <br />Seca l. Central. National Bank of Cleveland and the National <br />City Bank oleve].and be, and they hereby are, designated to be depositories <br />of the Active Funds of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, for the period of two <br />years commencing August 23rd, 1955' an d encling August 22nd, 1957. <br />Sec. 2. The Village Treasurer is hereby directed to cause Active <br />Funds of the Vil,].age to be deposited in the banlcs named in Section 1 hex°eof <br />during sai.d period of time. <br />Sec. 3. fihe Village Clerk is hereby clirected to certify a copy <br />of this resolution to the banks_named in Section 1 hereof. <br />Sece 4.
