Council of the Vi7la.ge of Ma.yfielcl, Ohio, does hereby <br />award said bonds to said Berman., Selonick & Co99 Cincinnlti, Ohio, and the <br />Clerk and Treasurer are hereby authorizect and directed to take all steps <br />and procedure <br />necessary to carry this aUaard into effect. <br />Sec. 3.
