ORDINANCE N0. 84- 7 ~ ~`°`'~~~' ~ ~~~ <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Fred N. Carmen <br />AN ORDINANCE ENACTING SECTION 521.10 OF THE CODI- <br />FIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, PERTAINING <br />TO TRASH PICK-UP AND REPEALING ALL OTHER ORDINANCES <br />INCONSISTENT THEREWITH. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1 There is hereby enacted Section 521.10 of the <br />Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio, which shall read as <br />follows: <br />521.10 Curbside Garbage Deposit; Regulations. <br />(a) No person shall .place or deposit <br />treelawn any garbage, rubbish or <br />intended for regular trash pick- <br />6:00 P.M. on the day before such <br />scheduled. <br />(b) Whoever violates this Section is <br />misdemeanor. <br />on the curb or <br />other refuse <br />up earlier than <br />pick-up is <br />guilty of a minor <br />Section 2. All prior ordinances inconsistent with this <br />ordinance in whole or in part are repealed to the extent necessary to <br />avoid conflict with this ordinance. <br />Section 3. That the Council finds and determines that all <br />formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this <br />Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that <br />deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such <br />formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in <br />compliance with all statutory requirements, including the requirements <br />of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Section 4.
