Carmen AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 1173.07(a)(1)(C) AND 1183.05(23) OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, PERTAINING TO OFF-STREET PARKING REGULATIONS FOR OFFICE-LABORATORY DISTRICTS AND SO AS TO CORRECT THE OFF-STREET PARKING REGULA- TIONS FOR PRODUCTION-DISTRIBUTION DISTRICTS SO AS TO HAVE THE TWO SECTIONS CONSISTENT. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: Section 1. Sections 1173.07(a)(1)(C) is hereby amended to read as follows: (Deleted material appears like t~i~s and new material appears like THIS) 1173.07 Off-Street Parking and Loading. Off-street parking and off-street loading facilities shall be provided as a condition precedent to the occupancy and maintenance of any use whenever a building is constructed or altered. (a) Standards and Design Form Parking Facilities. (1) Off-Street Parking Spaces. Not less than the following facilities shall be provided whenever a new use is hereafter established, an existing building is altered which results in an increase in floor area of a building, or whenever the use of an existing building is changed.
