Carmen <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 1173.07(a)(1)(C) <br />AND 1183.05(23) OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF <br />HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, PERTAINING TO OFF-STREET <br />PARKING REGULATIONS FOR OFFICE-LABORATORY DISTRICTS <br />AND SO AS TO CORRECT THE OFF-STREET PARKING REGULA- <br />TIONS FOR PRODUCTION-DISTRIBUTION DISTRICTS SO AS <br />TO HAVE THE TWO SECTIONS CONSISTENT. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. Sections 1173.07(a)(1)(C) is hereby amended to <br />read as follows: (Deleted material appears like t~i~s and new <br />material appears like THIS) <br />1173.07 Off-Street Parking and Loading. <br />Off-street parking and off-street loading facilities <br />shall be provided as a condition precedent to the occupancy <br />and maintenance of any use whenever a building is constructed <br />or altered. <br />(a) Standards and Design Form Parking Facilities. <br />(1) Off-Street Parking Spaces.
