BE 1T ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THATt Section l. Sections 529.01, 529.02, 529.06, 529.07, and 529.09 of the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio, are hereby amended to read as follows: (Deleted material appears like th-is and new material appears like THIS) 529.01 Definitions. (a) "Alcohol" means ethyl alcohol, whether rectifiec] or diluted with water or not, whatever its origin may be, and includes synthetic ethyl alcohol. Such term excludes denatured alcohol and wood alcohol. (b) "Intoxicating liquor" and "liquor" include all liquids a n d c ompou nd s c o n t a i n i ng m o r e th an -Wrr-e4e- -and- SIX (6) percent of alcohol by weight which are fit to use for beverage purposes, from whatever source and by whatever process produced, by whatever name called and whether or not the same are medicated, proprietary or patented. Such phrase includes alcohol and all solids and confections which contain any alcohol. (c) 10Beer", "MALT LIQUOR" OR "°MALT BEVERAGES" includes all BREWED OR FERMENTED malt beverages PRODUCTS containing one-half of one percent or more of alcohol by weight b u t no t mo r e th a n-t+rree- -a-n&-t•w-o-t-e?4rs S IX (6 ) p e r c e n t of alcohol by weight. (d) "Person" includes firms and corporations. 529.02 Sales to Minors; Prohibitions and Misrepresentations.
