./ <br />? <br />ORDINANCE N0. 83- 23 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Beebe & Council as a Whole <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS <br />FOR CURRENT EXPENSES AND OTHER <br />EXPENDITURES OF MAYFIELD V ILLAGE, <br />OHIO, FOR THE PERIOD COMNiENCING <br />JANUARY 1, 1984, AND ENDING MARCH <br />31; 1984 AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY, - <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. To provide for the current expenses and other <br />expenditures of Mayfield Village, Ohio, for the period commencing <br />January 1, 1984 and ending March 31, 1984, there is hereby appro- <br />priated the following sums: <br />GENERAL FUND <br />FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING FUND <br />STREET CONSTRUCTTON, MAINTENANCE <br />AND REPAIR FUND <br />STATE HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT FUIVD <br />POLICE PENSION FUND <br />POLICE OPERATING LEVY FUND <br />RECREATION FUND <br />COMMUNITY ROOM FUND <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND <br />GENERAL BOND RETIREMENT FUND <br />STREET LIGHTING FUND <br />SPECIAL ASSESSMENT BOND RETIREMENT FUND <br />PERFORMANCE BOND FUND <br />$ 500,000.00 <br />40,000.00 <br />35,000.00 <br />7,000.00 <br />20,000.00 <br />20,000.00 <br />1,000.00 <br />10,000.00 <br />30,000.00 <br />20,000.00 <br />40,000.00 <br />30,000.00 <br />5,000.00 <br />Section 2 The Director of Finance is hereby authorized <br />and directed to draw warrants for payments of any of the foregoing <br />appropriations upon receiving the proper certificates and vouchers <br />therefor, approved by the Council of Mayfield Village, Ohio, or <br />officers authorized by law to approve the same, or by ordinance or <br />resolution of Council to make expenditures, provided that no warrant <br />be arawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by <br />authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance. <br />Section 3. The Director of Finance is further authorcized <br />and directed to forward a certified copy of this Ordinance to the <br />office of the Cuyahoga County Budget Commission immediately upon its <br />passage and signature by the Mayor. <br />?
