ORDINANCE NO. 81- 4 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Council as a Whole <br />AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE POSITION OF PART-TIME <br />FTNANCE DEPARTMENT CLERK, ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION <br />THEREFOR AND DECLARTNG AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. There is hereby created in Mayfield Village, Ohio, <br />the position of Part-time Finance Department Clerk. <br />Section 2. The compensation for Part-time Finance Depart- <br />ment Clerk shall be as follows: <br />Part-time Finance Class B - Probationary $5.22 per hr. <br />Department Clerk <br />Part--time Finance Class A - After 6 Months $5.72 per hr. <br />Department Clerk <br />Section 3. The position created herein and the compensation <br />established therefor are retroactive to January 1, 1981. <br />Section 4. This Ordinance is hereby delcared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village in that <br />the position created herein is necessary to maintain essential <br />governmental services. It shall therefore take effect immediately <br />upon passage by the affirmative vote of not less than five (5) <br />members elected to Council and approval by the Mayor or otherwise at the <br />earliest time allowed by law. <br />Alan G.
