CONTACT FOR THE SALE OF TOP-SGII~ ON THE TO~~VN HALL P.ARKIIdG LOT tiJI-~REAS, it is the intention of the Village of Mayfield to make the Village owned property lying ,around. the Village Hall available far the parking of .automobiles, :and V~HEREAS, in order to :accomplish this, the top-soil on said property must be removed, :and ~iI-~REAS, said top-soil is not needed for any municipal pur- pose, .and u~HEREAS, due :advertisement has been had inviting bids for the purchase :and removal of said top-soil, :and VVHHEY~AS, Frank Mastrangela has offered to purchase said top- soil and remove same from the property and to pay -the Village therefor the sum of •~p10O.00, and ii`uHERF,AS, said bid is the highest :and best bid received.. there- fory '- NOVI, THEREFORE, BE TT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of ~,. Mayfield,' Cuyahoga County, Ohio, than ~~,, Section 1. The bid of Frank 111lastrang elo to purchase the top- soil on the Village owmed property lying to the roar of the Village Hall, sand to remove same from said property, .and to pay the ViLage the sum. of X100.00 therefor be, .and the same hereby is accepted. Section 2. The proper officers of the ViLage be :and they hereby :are~authorized:a.nd directed to enter into a contract with said Frank Mastrangelo far the sale and removal of said topsoil upon the terms :and conditions hereandbefore set forth. Section 3. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be .an Ennergency O~rdinanee, necessary far the immediate preservation of the public health, safety, convenience :and welfare for reasons .apparent from the contents of said Ordinance .and, therefore, this Ordinance shall take effect :and be in farce from and :after its passage.
