Paragraph (a) of Section l3 of Ordinance No. l59 <br />being the zoning ordinance for the Vill':age of M~..yfield heretofore passed <br />by this Council be .and the same hereby is <amendecl • so th~i.t it shall <br />reac~i .as folloars~ <br />' ~~ (a.) In .a class ..~ district no d~~relling shall. be er eeted <br />or .altered ta.accommodate or make provision for more than one <br />family for each 15,000 square feet of the :area of the lot ,and <br />no such lot shall have a frontage of less than 75 feet.
