PARK,. <br />AN ORDINANCE TO T'ROVIDE FOR A RO1~.D FGRF,iUlA1V. <br />BE IT ORDAIiVED by the Council of the Village of 1lflayfield, Cuyahoga <br />County, Ohio, that: <br />Sectian is The job of road foreman be and the sane hereby is Created <br />for the Vilaage of lYlayfield. It sha11 be the duty of the road foreman <br />under the direction and supervision of the Mayor to supervise the construction, <br />repair anci maintenance of the Village roads and, streets. <br />Section 2: Road foreman shad. be appointed by the Mayor and shall <br />serve for .an indefinite term to be determined by either the pleasure of the <br />Mayor or further action of this Council. <br />Section 3: Road foreman sha71 be paid in compensation for his services <br />as such the sum of Qme Dollar 01.00) per hour for the actual time spent <br />in the discharge of his duties which said compensation shall be paid on <br />statements from time to time rendered the Village. <br />Section ~?: This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an Emergency <br />,~~ f~rdinance, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health, <br />~~~. safety, convenience and welfare for reasons apparent from the contents of <br />said Ordinance and, therefore' this Ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force, from and .after its passage. <br />Passed the 19th day of August, A.
