,'~ <br />oRDI~.~~cE ~a.. 257 <br />~N vRDITTA`VCE CRE~TItiG TIC POSITIO,id OF CLERK OF THE MAYORS COURT. <br />BE IT ORDAIPi%D by the Council of the Village of Mayfield, Cuyahoga <br />County, Ohior that <br />Section to There is hereby created for the Village of <br />Mayfield the pasitian of Clerk of the MayorQS Court. <br />Section 2: Tt shall be the duty of the Clerk of the Mayoras <br />Court to keep the records :and ;assist with the clerical duties of the <br />conduct of the business of the Mayoras Court of the Vil~.ge of Mayfield. <br />Section 3P The Clerk of th.e Mayoras Court shall be app®inted <br />by the Mayor, shat serve during the pleasure of the Mayor and shall discharge <br />the duties of the position under the supervision .and direction of the Mayor. <br />Section 4: The Clerk of the Mayoras Court shall receive for <br />compensatian of such position the sum ecual to fifty cents for each case <br />docketed in the Mayoras Court. <br />~~';~_ ~, <br />Section 5: This ~rdinance is hereby declared to be an <br />Emergency Ordinance necessary for the immediate preservation of the public <br />health, safety, convenience ,and welfare for reasons ,apparent from the contents <br />of said Ordinance and, therefore, this Ordinance shall. take effect :and be in <br />farce from :and :after its passage. <br />Passed the 21st d:ay of October, ~.
