<br />determined to be sPecifically benefited by said improvement: and th,e,_cost of

<br />of printing and publishing notices, resoluti'ons and o reiinances -required; the
<br />cost of serving said notices, the cost of construction, together with intorest
<br />on bonds issuad in anticipation of the colloction of deferred assessments, and
<br />all other nece.ss.a.ry experiditures.
<br />SECTION N0. 4. That the assessments so to bo levied shall-be paid in
<br />ten (10) annual installment s, with interest on def erred paymerit s at not
<br />to exceed six per cantum per annum, provided tnat the owner of any property
<br />assessed may, at his option; pay SL1C11 assessment in cash tivithin thirty (30)
<br />days f'rom and aiter the passage of the assessing ordinance, in ;"rhich case
<br />said casll assessment shall nat incl,udo any item of interest upon bonds to be
<br />issued in anticipation of the collection of deferred insta.llments of assessments.
<br />SECTION N0. 5. That the bonds of the Village of i!ayfield shall be issued
<br />_ in an-Licipation of th.e collection of assessments by installment and in an amount

<br />Bot specially assessed, including damages awarded any owner of adjoining lands
