<br />To levy s.pecial assessments f or the ?,.o.Lement oj'...-'a,??,r?.__.Lii].ls _
<br />Road, fxom the canter of Beech Hill Road to a point ap proximately 1910,
<br />feet 'west thereof, by 'establishing a grade, grading and constructing
<br />sidevralks.
<br />Be it" 8rdained by the Council of the Village of YiaSTi'ield, State
<br />of Ohio:
<br />SectioM:1. That the assessment oi tne cost and expense of the
<br />improvement of 1'dzlson Tdills Road, from the center of Beech Hill Road
<br />to a point approximately 1910 feet thereof, by establishing a grade,
<br />grading and constructing sidewalks, amounting, in the aggregate, to
<br />$6469.97, as repor o to said Council, on the da,y Jbf 1921,
<br />by the board heretoforo appoinLed to estimate said assessment, be and
<br />the same i s hereby a,dopted, and that there be levied and assessed upon tho
<br />lots and lands bounding and abutting on said I'7ilson I"ills Road be-
<br />-L-ween -t,he center line o_f' Beech Hill Road to a point approXi:nately
<br />1910 feet thereof, the several amounts heretof'ore reported to said
<br />Council by said.board, titrhich asses'srnent, to. gether vlith tne description
<br />of said lots and lands a.nd the several amoun-ts upon said lots and lands,
<br />is novr on file in the of'f'ice of the C1_erk of said Council, rrhich assess-
<br />mente are in proportzon to the speci al. accruing to the property assessed.
<br />Sec-i,ion 2. That the total assessnent against each lot and parcel
<br />of land shall be pAyable in cash within thirty days fromand af'ter the
<br />passage and legal publication of -this ordinance, or in ten annual insta11-
<br />aents:- witih interest at not to excoed six per centurri per annuzn upon de=--
<br />forred payment s, kt the opt ion of the o-uner. A11 cash payment s shall be
<br />made to the Village Treasurero A11 u.nvaid installments of assessr:ients
<br />at the expiration of said tihirty days shall be certified by the Clerk
<br />of this. Council to the Cour_ty ?Luditor, togather vrith feo for collecting
<br />same, as provided by law, to be by him placed upon the tax duplicate and
<br />collected as other.taxos. -
<br />Section 3. That this ordinance shall tal:e effect and be in force "
