<br /> Section l. That the assessments of the cost and expense of the im-
<br /> provoment of Eaple Grove i?oad, frori the centor line of 1,711son Mlills Road
<br /> to the end thereof, by establishing a grAde, grading and constructing side-
<br /> walics, amounting, in the aggregeuo to ' 16345.61, as reported to said -Council
<br /> on the day of 1921, by the board heretof'ore appointed to estima.te
<br /> said assessment, be and the same is hereby adopted, ard that there be levied
<br /> and assessed upon the lots and lands bounding and abuttiing on sa.id T,?lap1e
<br /> Grove Road betwoen the center li-ne of 1,"Iilson iJills Ro2d to the end thereof9
<br /> the several amounts heretofbre reported to said Council by said board, which
<br /> assessment, together vlith the description of said lots and lands and the
<br /> several amourits heretofore reported to said CoLLnci1 by said board, which
<br /> assessment, together -vrith the description of sAid lots snd 1ands .and the
<br /> several amounts assessed upon said lots and lands, is novr on i'ile in the
<br /> office of the Clerk of said Council,which assessznents are in proportiion
<br /> to the special benefits accruing to the properby assessed, and are not in
<br /> excess of the actva,l special benefits to said property.
