BUIZDINGS AND STRUCTURES` ' `~ _----~ ~~ BE IT OP~AINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ~ZAYFIELD, CUYAHOCA COUNTY OHIO, THAT:. '-- Sec. 1. The Building Official (Building Inspector and Service Director sha71.co1].ect the following fees at the time of issuance of permits for the construction, alteration and moving of buildings within the Village of ll~ayfield, and shall give proper receipts therefor, and pay the amounts collected into the Village Treasury: ~`~10.00 for a permit for the alteration or construction of a residence, commercial or industrial structure involving 750 square feet of floor surface or less, with an additional fee of X2.00 for each additional 100 square feet or fraction thereof of floor surface. ~1a00 per 100 square feet of floor space for a permit covering the construction or alteration of a structure to be used as an accessory to the structure representing the primary use of the premises.
