VILLAGE OF, HAYFIELD, OHIO, FROM THE CENTER LINE OF WZLSOId T~1TT,T,S. ROAD IN A SGUTHERLY. DIRECTION ^10 THE ~ SOUTH ,CORPORATION LINE. OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF A.WATER MAIN AND APPURTENANCES THEREIN® l7 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF N~AYFIELD, STATE OF OHIO: Sec. 1. That the assessment of the cost and expense of improving S.O.M. Center load. from the center line of ~~ilson j~i11s Road in a southerly direction to the south corporation line of ~3a.yfield Village by the install- ation of a water main and appurtenances therein, amounting in the aggregate to X26,796.76, as reported to this Couneil on the 16th day of August, 195., by Board heretofore appointed to estimate said assessments, notice of the filing of which assessments has been given as required by latitip, be and the same is hereby adopted and confirmed, and that there be and there is hereby levied and assessed upon the lots and la.r_ds bounding and abutting upon said improvement the several amounts reported as aforesaid, which assess- ments together with the descriptions of said lots and lands are now on file im the office of the Clerk of this Council, and which assessments are in proportion to the special benefits and are not in excess of the special benefits to s~.d property; and are not in excess of any statutory limitation. Sec. 2® That the total assessment against each lot or parcel of land shall be .payable in cash within thirty (30) days from and ,after the passage of this ordinance, or at the option of the owner, in ten (10) annual installments ~ri.th interest at the same rate as shall be borne on the bonds to be issued in an ticipation of the collection- of the same. AL cash payments shat.]. be made to the treasurer of the Village of T'jayfield. Au, assessments and installments thereof remaining unpaid at the expiration of said th9sty (30) days sha11 be certified by the Clerk of the Council to the County Auditor' as provided by law, to be by.him placed on the tax duplicate and collected as other taxes are co]lected. Sec. 3.
