RESOLUTION N0. 86-24 INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Carmen & Council as a Whole A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZ ING A SPECIAL PERMIT FOR THE USE OF THE PREMISES AT 731 BETA DRIVE -AS A BUSINESS COLLEGE BY BRYANT AND STRATTON BUSINESS INSTITUTE. WHEREAS, Paris Development Corp, has requested a Special Permit for the use of its property at 731 Beta Drive as a business college by Bryant and Stratton Business Institute; and WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission of the munici- pality, after public notice and hearing, has approved the use of the aforesaid premises for a Class U-6 Use (Special Permit) as a business college by Bryant and Stratton Business Institute in accordance with Sections 1149.02(a)(3) and 1153.02(f)(4) of the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio; and WHEREAS, the Council of.Mayfield Village, Ohio, is desirous of confirming the action of the Planning & Zoning Commission as required by Section 1149.02(a) of the Codified Ordinances; now, theref ore, , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: Section 1. The Council of Mayfield Village, Ohio, hereby confirms the action of the Planning & Zoning Commission in authorizing the use of the premises at 731 Beta Drive as a business college by Bryant and Stratton Business Institute, the same being a special permit use in accordance with Sections 1149,02(a)(3) and 1153.02(f)(4) of the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio. Section 2. That the Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Resolution have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Codeo Section 3.
