<br />RESOLUTION N0. 84m 2 <br />' INTRODUCED BYs Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole <br />A RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION TO <br />SHIELA HANUS. <br />WHEREAS, SHIELA HANUS has, on December 31, 19831 completed 6 <br />years of service as an electec] official of Mayfield Village, Ohio; and <br />WHEREAS, SHIELA HANUS has served as a member of the Council <br />of Mayfiela Village from 1978 through 1983; and <br />WHEREAS. SHIELA HANUS has, during her tenure on Council, <br />served as the Council Representative to the Planning & Zoning <br />Commission and the Hillcrest Council of Councilso and <br />WHEREAS, SHIELA HANUS has further served as a meanber of the <br />Community Room Committee, the Finance Committee and the Metro Parks <br />Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, SHIELA HANUS has distinguished herself by her <br />faithf ul and devoted service to the residents of Mayfielc3 Village; and <br />WHEREAS, SHIELA HANUS should not be allowed to leave the <br />service of the municipality without an expression of the appreciation <br />which she rightfully deserves; now, theref ore, <br />BE IT RESOLV ED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1,. The Mayor and Council of Mayfield ilillage, <br />Ohio for themselves and on behalf of the entire administration, <br />employees and residents of the municipality, express their deep <br />appreciata.on and thanks to SHIELA HANUS for her faithful and devoted <br />service as an elected official of May€ield Village. <br />Section ?.s The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and <br />directed to prepare duplicate original copies of this Resolution. One <br />such original shall be presented to SHIELA HANUS as a small token of <br />the esteem in which she is he].c3 by the residents, officials, staff <br />members and employees of Mayfield Village, Ohio. The other original <br />shall be placed in the permanent records of the Village as a lasting <br />tribute to SHIELA HANUS. <br />Section 3.
