LEECH <br />AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE CLERK- <br />TREASURER TO CERTIFY TO COiINCIL HIS CONCLUSIONS <br />AS TO THE ESTIMATED LIFE OF THE IMPROVEMENTS <br />PROPOSED TO BE CONSTRUCTED FROM THE PROCEEDS <br />OF BONDS.PROPOSED TO BE EXECUTED AND ALSO TO <br />CERTIFY THE MAXIMUM MATURITY OF BONDS IN <br />ACCORDANCE WITH THE REVISED CODE SECTION 113a21 <br />AND THE P4AXIMUM MATURITY OF THE NOTE ISSUED IN <br />ANTICIPATION OF SUCH BONDS <br />WHEREAS, this Council contemplates issuing $20,000.00 in bonds, to be <br />used £or the purpose of renewing a note, dated March 6, 1971, issued for the <br />purpose of raising funds to pay a portion of the cost of reconstructing the <br />Village Hall theretofore damaged by fire. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Resolved by the Council of the Village of <br />Mayfield, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, that: <br />? <br />Section 1. The Clerk-Treasurer be, and he is, hereby requested to <br />certify to this Council his conclusions as to the life of usefulness of the <br />1W?, improvement described above and the maximum maturity of.bonds to be issued <br />therefor calculated in accordance with the provisons of Section 133.20 of the <br />Ohio Revised Code, and also the maximum maturity of notes to be issued in <br />anticipation of such bonds. <br />_ Section 2.
