RESOLUTION N0. 827 <br />BYo MR. BORDONARO <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL SITE <br />DEVELOPMENT PLANS OF ROCKWELL CORPORATION <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELD, <br />CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO, that the final site development plans of Roclcwell <br />Corporation, dated November 20, 1972, for the construction of a Versoplex <br />office and warehouse building on Beta Drive, previously approved by the <br />Village Engineer and the Planning and Zoning Comm3ssion are hereby approved <br />by council, provided, however, that the location and size of signs and <br />landscaping plans must be approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />and the Architectural Board of Review. <br />Adopted this 20th day of November, 1972. <br />? . ?- <br />x- -eourrczL <br />AT"rEST : <br />j( EAL) CLERK-TREASURER <br />:?
