APRONS ON WILSON MII~Z,S <br />ROAp.ABUTTING_VILLAGE..PROPERTY ~_ ... <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF r4AYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY <br />OHIO, THAT: - _- - <br />Sec. 1, The bid of Mays Construction Co,, dated July ll, 1962, <br />to install 1171 feet of concrete apron and apron walks and _895 feet of <br />sidewalk on Wilson Mills Road, abutting Village-owned property, for a total <br />price of $999,00, is hereby accepted@ The Mayor and the Clerk are hereby <br />authorized, on behalf of the Village, to enter into an agreement in writiag <br />with Mays Construction Co, for the purpose of perf ormance of said bid at <br />said pricey in accordance with the minimum requirements and specif ications <br />for sidewalks furnished by the Dillage Engineer. <br />Secv 2.
