RESOLUTION No, 551 <br />By Mr„ Belzer <br />A RESOLUTION TO REFUND SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS <br />ERRONEOUSLY PAID . <br />WHEREAS Vernon D, Fraze and Marjorie R. Fraze erroneously paid to <br />the County Auditor the sum of $73s10 for special water main assessments <br />for the tax duplicate year 1961 on property owned by them at 910 Worton <br />Parlc Drive and known as Permanent Farcel 831-33-32~ 33 & 44; and <br />WHEREAS, said special assessments for the year 1961 had already <br />been paid. by the previous owner of the property; and <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Mayf field has received said sum of $73,10 <br />from the County Auditor, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELDi <br />CUYAHOGA COUNTX OHIO THAT: _ _.. _ <br />Sec, 1„ The Clerk of the Village of Mayfield is_hereby authorized <br />and directed to refund to Vernon D, Fraze and Marjorie R, Fraze the said <br />sum of $73.10 erroneously paid by ,them for special water main assessments <br />for the.tax duplicate year 19618 <br />Sec, 2, This Resolution shall be in force and effect from and <br />after the earliest period permitted by law. <br />Adopted this 20th day of August, 1962, <br />Attest; <br />Mayor - President of Council <br />.~ ~~~s' ~~~ ~~ tiR3~~ .Oka .~ <br />(SF,AL } ---~-C lark <br />
