RESOLUTION No. 554 <br />By Mr. Bennett <br />A RESOLUTION TO CANCEL THE INSTALLMENTS OF <br />WATER MAIN ASSESSMENTS FOR CERTAIN YEARS ON <br />PARCEL No. 831-34-31.ON WORTON,PARK BOULEVARD <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the Clerk of the Village of Mayfield, <br />Ohio, has received funds in the sum of $891.54, representing the payment <br />of water main assessments for the tax years 1963 to 1971, both inclusive, <br />on County Auditors Permanent Parcel No. 831-34-31, being certain property <br />in the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, on Worton Park Boulevard. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF I~IAYFIELD, <br />CUYAHOGA COUNTY OHIO, THAT:, <br />Sec. 1. The annual installment of special assessments for water <br />mains for the tax years 1963 to 1971, both inclusive, on property known as <br />County Auditor's Permanent Parcel No. 831-34-31 is hereby canceled and the <br />Clerk of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, is hereby authorized to file a <br />certif ied copy of this resolution with the County Auditor of Cuyahoga <br />County, directing him to cancel said installment of assessments on said <br />property. This resolution shall not affect assessments on said property <br />foi any part of the tax year 1962, or any year prior thereto, <br />Sec. 2.
