ROAD IN A WESTERLY <br />DIRECTION .TO THE EASTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE_OF <br />OHIO STATE.ROUTE_ N0.,1 BY THE. CONSTRUCTION OF ,MA <br />CAST IRON WATER MAIN AND APPURTENANCES,. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA <br />AND_STATE OF QHZO,,THREE~FOUP.TH$ OF ALZ-.MEMBERS ELECTED ,THERETO CONCURRING <br />THAT; . _.._ _ - ... - <br />Sec, 1. It is necessary to improve White Road in-the Village of Mayf field, <br />Ohio, from its intersection with S(M Cente_r Road Westerly approximately 2000 <br />feet to the Easterly right-ofaway line_ of Ohio State Route No. 1, by the <br />construction, of a 12" cast iron water main, with curb connections and appur-~ <br />tenances, as shown on the plans hereinafter referred to, prepared by the <br />Engineer of the Village of Willoughby Hills, Ohio. <br />Sec, 2, It is hereby determined and declared that said improvement is <br />conducive to the public healthm convenience and welfare of said Village and the <br />inhabitants thereof, <br />Sec, 3. That the grade of said street and improvement shall be the grade <br />as shown by said Engineerts Plans and Prof Iles, which are made a part hereof, <br />Sec. 4, That the Plans, speci.f ications, estimates and prof Iles of the <br />proposed improvement, heretofore prepared by said Engineer and now on file <br />in the~off ice of the Clerk of this Council, are hereby approved. <br />Sec, 5, Inasmuch as said portion of White Road is the common boundary <br />line between the Villages of Mayffield, Ohio, and Willoughby Aills, Ohio, the <br />Village of Mayfield shall pay an amount equal to the cost of, installation of <br />an 8" cast iron water main, with appurtenances,and the curb connections in the <br />Village of Mayffield, and the Village of Willoughby Hills shall pay the balance <br />of the cost of said 12" cast iron water main and appurtenances, together with <br />the curb connections in the Village of Willoughby Hills, The Village of <br />Mayf ieldrs portion of the cost of said improvement., which is an amount equal <br />to the cost of installation of an 8" water main and appurtenances, being the <br />cost of a local water main, less 2~,thereof and the cost of intersections on <br />an 8" water main, plus the curb connections in the Village of Mayf ield~ shall <br />be assessed in proportion to the benef its which may result from the' improvement <br />upon the following described lots and lands, to-.wit: <br />
