ORDINANCE N0. 86- 6 INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Fred N. Carmen AN ORDINANCE AMENDING, IN PART, SECTION. 1 OF ORDINANCE N0. 85-6 PERTAINING TO THE SUM APPROPRIATED FOR THE GENERAL FUND FOR CURRENT EXPENSES AND OTHER EXPENDITURES OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, FOR THE PERIOD FROM JANUARY 1, 1985 TO DECEMBER 31, 1985. WHEREAS, on March 18, 1985, the Council of Mayfield Village enacted Ordinance No. 85-6 appropriating funds for current expenses and other expenditures of Mayfield Village, Ohio, for the period from January 1, 1985 to December 31, 1985; and WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the Mayor and Council, through advice of the Director of Finance, that the sum appropriated for the General Fund for the aforesaid time period was not sufficient to cover expenditures; and WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the municipality are desirous of amending Ordinance No. 85-6 so as to authorize the appropriate sum for General Fund expenditures.; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 85-6 is hereby amended to read as follows: (Deleted material .appears like ~~~s and new material appears like THIS) Section 1. To provide for expenses for Mayfield Village, Ohio, for the period beginning January 1, 1985 and ending December 31, 1985, the sums hereinafter set forth are appropriated as follows: General Fund 2,494,448.15 ~l.,S~Si548:1A Section 2. All other provisions of Ordinance No. 85-6 shall remain in full force and effect Section 3. All prior ordinances inconsistent with this ordinance in whole or in part are repealed to the extent necessary to avoid conflict with this ordinance. Section 4. That the Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
