ORDINANCE N0, 78-22 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Council as a Whole <br />AN ORDINANCE TO VACATE MAPLE GROVE ROAD SOUTH <br />OF WILSON MILLS ROAD. <br />April 17, 19:78 <br />WHEREAS, Council of the Village of Mayfield is satisfied <br />that there is good cause for vacating Maple Grove Road south of <br />Wilson Mills Road a distance of approximately 353.54 feet on the <br />westerly right-of-way line and a distance of 422.5 feet on the <br />easterly right-of-way line, and that it will not be detrimental to <br />the general interests and ought to be made; and <br />WHEREAS, all owners of property abutting the portion of <br />Maple Grove Road herein proposed to be vacated have consented in <br />writing to its vacation; now, therefore, <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, <br />OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. All of Maple Grove Road, south of Wilson DZills <br />Road, a distance of approximately 353.54 feet on the westerly right- <br />o£-way line and a distance of 422.5 feet on the easterly right-of- <br />way line as per vacation plat prepared by Stephen Hovancsek & <br />Associates in September of 1977, a corAy of which is attached hereto <br />and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated. <br />Section 2.
