FOR HEATING AND VENTILLATING GIORK IN CONNECTION idITA THE RECONSTRUCTION OF THE VILLAGE HALL SdHEREAS, advertisement foz bids has been published according to lava for the heating and ventillating work in connection with the reconstruction of the Village Hall, and S~REAS, the alternate bid of Miller Plumbing & Heating Co., a responsible bidder, in the amount of Five Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars ($5,900.00) for the air conditioning caork in connection with said reconstruction of the Village Hall, which is not included in its original bid accepted by Ordinance No. 70-50, is the lowest and best bid submitted. NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Ordained by the Council of the Village of Mayfield, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, that: Section 1. The alternate bid of Duller Plumbing & Heating Co. for the air conditioning work in connection with the reconstruction of the Village Hall is hereby accepted, and the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract in writing with said bidder for said purpose, in accordance with the advertised specifications and the alternate bid submitted. Section 2. Said sum of Five Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars ($5,900.00) is hereby appropriated for said purpose. Section 3. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure ' necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants because it is necessary to ' provide housing for the Village operations as soon as possible, and said Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage.
