ORDINANCE N0, 71-12_ <br />By; ~, BORDONARO <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AMENDED SECTION 2 OF ARTICLE I <br />OF THE BYLAWS OF THE AUXILIrSRY POLICE UNIT <br />Be It Ordained by the Council of the Village of Mayfield, Cuyahoga <br />County, Ohio, that: <br />Section 1. Ordinance No. 930, entitled "An Ordinance Approving the <br />Establishment and Revised Planual of Rules for the Auxiliary Police Unit", is <br />hereby amended by approving the folloviing amendment to Section 2 of Article I <br />of the Bylaws governing the Auxiliary Police Unit: <br />"Article I. Section 2. It shall be formed and function <br />as provided for in the Hayfield Auxiliary Police Unit <br />Constitution. <br />It shall hold a regular business meeting, once a month, <br />on the day set forth by a majority of the members." <br />Section 2. In all other respects, said Ordinance No. 930 shall remain <br />in full farce and effect. <br />Section 3.
