ORDINANCE N0. 71-24 BY: MR. SCHMIDT AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD BY TRANSFERRING CERTAIN PROPERTY ON THE NORTH SIDE OF WILSON MILLS ROAD TO A CLASS U-3 AA USE DISTRICT (RESTRICTED MULTI-STORY APARTMENT HOUSE) AND CERTAIN OTHER PROPERTY TO A CLASS U-1 USE DISTRICT WHEREAS, Council finds that it would be conducive to the public health, peace, safety, comfort, convenience, prosperity and general welfare to transfer certain property hereinafter described from a Class U-1 district to a Class U-3 AA use district (restricted multi-story apartment house) and to transfer certain other property from a Class U-3 AA use district to a Class U-1 use district, and WHE}:EA9, Council finds that this amending Ordinance has been submitted to the Village Planning & Zoning Commission for approval, disapproval, or suggestions, and that said Commission has allowed a reasonable time for consideration and report, and has approved the same in the form herein set forth, and that a public hearing has been had thereon, and notice of said hearing given in the manner provided by law. NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Ordained by the Council of the Village of Mayfield, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, that: Section 1. The following described property shall be transferred from a Class U-1 use district to a Class U-3 AA use district (restricted multi-story apartment house): Situated in the Village of Mayfield, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and known as being a part of Original Lot Number 37 in Tract Number 1 and being ' further bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of a Southeasterly line of land conveyed to upper forty, a joint venture by deed dated December 30, 1968 of Cuyahoga County Records, caith the Easterly line of said Original Lot Number 37, Thence South 72° 17' 04" West, along said Southerly line of land conveyed to upper Forty, 233.20 feet to an angle point, Thence continuing South 72° 38' 24" West, along said Southerly line, 85.95 feet to the principal place of beginning of the premises herein intended to be described: COURSE I Thence South 72° 38' 24" West, along said Southerly line 300.00 feet to an angle point; COURSE II Thence North 88° 03' 26" [lest, along a Southerly line of land. conveyed to said upper forty, 293.70 feet to an angle point; COURSE III Thence Southwesterly along a Southeasterly line of land conveyed to upper forty, 194.00 feet to an angle point;
