Shaw <br />AN ORDINANCE TO PROVIDS FOR TRANSFER AND <br />APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FOR VARIOUS _ <br />PURPOSES DURING,THE XEAR 1964 <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIZ OF THE VIII,AGE OF MAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY OHIO, THAT:_ - <br />Sec. 1. To the extent that, during the year 1964, any expendi- <br />tures have been made by or under authority of the Council of the Village <br />of Mayfield, Ohio, for any items in excess of the amounts appropriated <br />therefor by the appropriation ordinances and amendments thereto adopted <br />in 1964 or for items for which no specific appropriations were made <br />by said ordinances, the Clerk of the Village of Mayfield is hereby <br />authorized and directed to transfer sufficient moneys from other <br />appropriation items which have ttot been fully expended and, if necessary, <br />from moneys in the General Fund not otherwise specifically appropriated, <br />to cover such expenditures, and the moneys so transferred are hereby <br />appropriated for the purpose of making such expenditures. <br />Sec. 2. This ordinance is deemed to be an emergency measure, <br />necessary for the preservation of the health, safety and welfare of <br />the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants and this ordinance shall <br />go into effect immediately upon its passage. <br />Passed this 21st day of December, 1964, Attest: Mayor - President of Council <br />li?lL - <br />(S ) rk <br />Z `/ <br />
