The oath of office was administerea to lAessrso rranz., Heiss, Reeser, Young, Barnum <br />and Parker as members of the Village Council, Donald Doster as Mayor, Eulalia S. Bennett <br />as Clerlc and Carl C. Scheuring as Treasti.rer by Fredericlt tN. Dorn, Notary tublic. <br />The minutes of the regular meeting held December 15, 1941 srere read to the Council. <br />It w`dS moved by Pllrm Franz, seconded by iUIr-.-Reeser -that the minutes of the regular <br />meeting held December 15, 1941 be approved as reade <br />Roll Ca].l: Ayes, hIessrso Barnum' Franz9 Reeser, Heiss9 Young and Parker, <br />Nays, Idonee <br />Motion carriedv <br />P,4inutes approved. <br />It -aas then moved by Mr. Young, seconded by Mr. Parker, that N[ro Heiss be <br />elected president pro tem of the Council for the ensuing yearm <br />Roll Call: hyes, iL4essrs.
