M. in <br />rega.lar meeting, Nlayor ponald Doster i residing. <br />Roll Call: Present - 11Iessrs Barnum, Franz, Young, Reeser, Heiss and <br />Par?cera <br />Absent - None. <br />The minutes of the regulQ.r meeting held December 21, 1942 weie read <br />t;o the Council. It,was moved by Wir. Barnum, seconded by Mr. Franz, i;hat the <br />minutes oi the regular meeting held December 18, 1242 be approved as read.. <br />Roll Call: kyes - nAessrs Barnun, Franz, Young9 Reeser, Heiss and <br />Parker. <br />Nays - None. <br />Tb2otion carried <br />?.J7inutes approved. <br />hZr. Young introduced Resolution No. 129 entitled "A Resolution <br />kccepting the Amounts and Rates as Determined by the Budget Commission and <br />Certifying them to the County xuditor," dvhi,ch Resolution wa.s read to the <br />Council. It was then moved by iMr. Young., seconcled by Mr. Franz that Reso- <br />7_utzon No. 129 be passed as read. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - telessrs Barnum, Franz, Young, Reeser, Heiss <br />and Parker. <br />Nays - None. <br />UIotion carried <br />Resolution-Passed. <br />i?iro Young then introduced Ordinance No. 236 P antitled, "An Grdi- <br />2.Zance to Pay Certain Bills,'i whi.ch ordinance ivas rea.d to the Cow.zcil. <br />It tiQas moved by Mr. Young, seconded by fl{Ir.
