MINUTES OF THE REGULAR: PiEETING HELD MARCH 229 1943 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in the Tonn Ha11 in <br />regular meeting on the 22nd day of Pfiarch, 1943, at 8a00 oeclock P.M.9 <br />Mayor ponald Doster presiding. <br />Roll Cal1: Present - 1Viessrs. Barnum, Franz, Young, Reeser, Parker <br />and Heissa <br />Absent - lvone. <br />The minutes of the regular meeting held February 15, 1943 were read <br />to the Council.o Tt was moved by Mz°. Paz•ker, seconded by Mrs Reeser, that <br />the minutes of th.e regular meeting held February 15, 1943 be approved as <br />read. <br />Roll Ca11; Ayes - lriessrss Barnwn, Franz9 Young, Reeserg Parker and <br />heiss. <br />Ida.ys None o <br />Motion Carried. <br />It2inutes Approved. <br />The oath of office was administered to u7ro Heiss as President pro tem <br />of the Council by Frederick Vd. Dorn, Notary Public. <br />It was then moved by tdlr. Reeser, seconded by Mr. Young, that the <br />tulayoi be authorized to purchase..a radio for the police car at a cost not <br />to exceed $25m(l0a <br />Rol]. Call: Ayes - Pdessrsm BarnuM, Franz, Young, Reeserp Parker and <br />Heiss. <br />Nays - I1one. <br />PVIotion Carried. <br />idro Young tY?en introduced Ordinance i?lo. 238-F entitled "An Ordinance <br />to Pay Certain Bills"., which 0rdinance was read to the Council. ' <br />It was moved by iMr. Young, seconded by Mr. Barnum, that Ordinance <br />Noe 238-P be nassed as read. <br />Roll Call:. Ayes - i:Iessrs. Barnum, Franz, Xoung, Reeser, Parker and <br />Heiss. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion Carried. <br />Ordinance Passed. <br />There being no further business to come befor•e the meeting, upon <br />motion duly made' seconded, put to a vote and unanimously carrisd, the <br />Council adjournedo <br />Attest: <br />Vil.lage Clerk, <br />Approveds <br />ltiRayor - i resident of Council
