It was moved by 11,2r. 'Franz, seconded by Mr. Reeser, <br />that the minuties be approved as read. <br />Roll CaII: Ayes - PJlessrso Franz,, Reeser, Zingelmann and <br />Denningm <br />IJays - None. <br />12otion Carried. <br />Ntinutes Approved. <br />The ;VIayor then reported that P![r. BerrY has moved from tYie <br />Village and is, therefore, no Ionger a member of the Council. <br />NIr. Franz then introduced Ordinance No. 230 entitled, T'An <br />Ordinance Authorizing a Contract «ith the ViI1_age of Highland Heights <br />for Fire Portection" which Nas given its first reading. <br />Ordiriance No. 231 entitledp "An Ordinance Establishing and <br />Creating a Volunteer Fire Department for tne Village of Mayfield" tiva.s <br />then introduced by i4lr. Zingelmann and given its first reading. <br />4rdina.nce No. 256-t entitled, T'A.n Ordinance to P.a.y Certain <br />Bills" tivas then read to the Council.
