Denning. <br />The minutes of the regular meeting held May 21, 1945, vrere read by <br />the Clerk. It was moved by 141r. S-vranson, seconded b,y Mr. Zingelmann, that <br />the minutes be approved as read. <br />Roll Calla kyes - Messrs. SvTanson, Franz, Zingelmann., Heiss and <br />Parker.
