Denning.. <br />The minutes of the.regular meeting,held June I8th, 1945, were <br />read by the C1erk. It wa.s moved by ft4r. Swa.nson, secanded by Mr. Heiss, <br />that the minutes be approved as.:read. <br />RoII Ca1Z: Ayes - Messrs. Swanson, Franz, Zingelmann, Parker <br />and Heiss. <br />iiays - Nonee <br />Motian Carried. <br />Minutes Appraved. <br />The Mayor then appointed.'Uiessrs. Swanson, Doster and Franz as <br />a Past i"iar Plann'ing Committee. <br />A meeting of the citizeris for n.omina.tions was set for- 8:00 P.M. <br />_ Ju].y 23., 13459 which-is to be followed by a special.counciZ meeting. <br />A Mayor9 C].erk, Treasurer and six cauncilmen are to be elected <br />in November, 1945. <br />It was then moved by Mro Franz, seconded?by Mr. Svranson that <br />the Budget far the year,1946, as submitted by the Clerk, be approvedv <br />RoTI CaI.l: Ayes - Mes5rs.
