!UlIiviTTES OF THE RFGULAR MEETIiJG HELD <br />OCTOBER 15, 1945 <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield met at the Totivn Hall <br />in regular• meeting on the 15th day of October, 1945, at B:OU o'clock <br />P. M.' i'Jlayoi Carl C. Scheuring presiding. <br />Roll Call: Presente iViessrs Fra.nz, Swanson, Parker and <br />Heissa <br />Absenta PIlessrs Dennin; and Zingelmann. <br />The minutes of the regular meetings held August 20, 1945 and <br />September 17, 1945 were read by the Clerk. It was tnen moved by Mr. <br />Franz, seconded by iJtr. Swanson, that the. minutes for both meetings be <br />approved as read. <br />Roll -Call: Ayes -Messrs Franz, 5wanson, Parker and <br />Heiss. <br />Nays - None. <br />Motion Carried. <br />IuIinutes Approved. <br />The Clerk then read an application from the Cleveland Electric <br />Illuminatiizg Company reauesting consent to install certain poles and <br />trim certain trees within the limits of the Villagee It WaS then moved <br />by Idr. Swanson, seconded by 1IIr. Parker, that such consent be grantedm <br />Roll Call: Ayes -PJlessrs Franz, Svaanson, Parker and <br />Heiss. <br />Nays - IVone. <br />Motion Carried. <br />Mr. Heiss then introduced Ordinance 1Vo. 239 entitled "An <br />Ordinance to Enter Into a Contract for the Sale of the Topsoil on the <br />Town Hall Parking Lot," which ivas read to the Councilo <br />It was moved by Mr. Heiss, seconded b,y 1VIr. Franz, that the <br />ru.les of law requiring Ordinances to be read on three different days <br />be suspended, and that Ordinance iVo. 239 be placed upon its final passageo <br />Roll Cal1: kyes - ivIessrs Franz, Svianson, Parker and <br />Heiss. <br />Nays - Noneo <br />Motion Carriede <br />It was then moved by rJir.
