iVINUTES OF THE REGULAR ?y2EETING HELD Jt?NUARY 21q 1946. <br />The Council of the Village of Mayfield met in the Town Hall in ' <br />regular meeting on the 21st day of January, 19469 at 8:00 o°clock <br />P.M.., 'iayor Carl C. Scheuring presiding. ' <br />Roll Call: Present - Messrs. Swanson' Sloan, Zingleman, <br />Parker and Heiss. <br />Absent - Henry Franz. <br />The oath of office was a.dministered to Carl C. Screuring as <br />iVlayor, Torrance H. Thru.sh' Trea.surer9 and to Messrs. Gustave Swanson, <br />Jasnes Sloan, Harold Zingleman, Percy Parker and Harvey Heiss, as <br />, members of the Council., by Frederick W. Dorn, Notary I'ublic. <br />The Clerk, lArs. Ethel B. Pa.rker9 having resigned and moved from <br />the Village, Mayor Scheuring appointed Mrs. Olive R. PRrker to fill <br />? the vacancy and the oath of office Tvas then administered to her by <br />. Frederick W. Dorn' Notary Publico <br />The minutes of the regular meeting held December 17, 1245 vrer•e <br />read to the Councilm It ivas moved by Mre Swanson and seconded by <br />'Wiro Heiss that the minutes be approved as read. <br />Roll Call: Kyes - Messrs. Swu.nson, S1oU.n., Zingleman9 Parker <br />an.d Heisso <br />Nays - Nor_e. <br />Pdotion Carried. <br />Minutes Approved. <br />The Mayor read a resolution received from the Village of Highlanc? <br />Heights entitled "Resolved that No Charge Be Made Against the Village <br />of Mayfield For The Use of The Fire P-pparatus Belonging to Highland <br />Heights Village at the Mayfield Methodist Church Fire on October <br />28' 1945.° <br />It was moved by Mre Zinglema.n and seconded by Mr. Swanson that <br />the Clerk be instructed to vrrite a letter of thanks to the M-lyor and <br />Council of the Village of Highla.nd Heights. <br />koll Call: Ayes -'Jlessrs.
