Scheuring presiding. ' <br />Roll Call: Present - Messrs. Swanson' Sloan, Zingleman, <br />Parker and Heiss. <br />Absent - Henry Franz. <br />The oath of office was a.dministered to Carl C. Screuring as <br />iVlayor, Torrance H. Thru.sh' Trea.surer9 and to Messrs. Gustave Swanson, <br />Jasnes Sloan, Harold Zingleman, Percy Parker and Harvey Heiss, as <br />, members of the Council., by Frederick W. Dorn, Notary I'ublic. <br />The Clerk, lArs. Ethel B. Pa.rker9 having resigned and moved from <br />the Village, Mayor Scheuring appointed Mrs. Olive R. PRrker to fill <br />? the vacancy and the oath of office Tvas then administered to her by <br />.
